Once we have removed your Existing Flooring, we Assess your Subfloor and Apply the Required Compounds to ensure the Subfloor complies with the Tolerances of your Selected Flooring Product

* Our Team will only undertake Levelling Works our own Projects

Once the Subfloor has been prepared, we Install your Selected Flooring Product in accordance with Industry Standards and Manufacturers Guidelines - bringing our High Standard of Workmanship and Attention to Detail to ensure your New Flooring becomes the talking point of your Home

*Our Team will not undertake Installation Works on Preparatory Works (Existing Floor Removal or Levelling Works) undertaken by others

Once your Installation or Extension Works are completed, we:

- Spot Fill the Nail Holes, Header Joints, Gum Vein, and Surface Damage

- Sand to a Fine Finish and Apply 1 x Coat of Sealer and 2 x Coats of 2Pack Waterbase Floorseal

As Floorseal interacts with Species of Timber differently, we alter the Floorseal System depending on the Timber Species being worked on to ensure the Highest Standard of Finish is achieved

*If Sanding and Sealing Works involve a Staircase, a 2Pack Anti-Slip Matt Waterbase Floorseal will be Applied to the Staircase, and a 2Pack Matt Waterbase Floorseal Applied to the Flooring

If your Existing Solid Timber Flooring has suffered from Termite or Water Damage - we can help!

Having a large network of Suppliers both Local and Inter-State, we are able to source a wide variety of Solid Timber

If your Size of Solid Timber cannot be sourced, we Custom Machine your Size from Larger Sizes of the Same Species to Repair the Damaged Area, before Re-Sanding and Sealing all Flooring in the Home

*There will be a Colour Difference between the New Solid Timber used in the Area of Repair and the Existing Solid Timber in the Home - despite All Solid Timber Flooring being Re-Sanded and Sealed - due to the Age Difference between the Batches of Timber

Real Estate and Insurance Quotations are provided on the basis that the Party Requesting the Quotation pay a Fee of $220.00 incl. GST prior to our attendance
